Great service and reasonable price. Rented a Transit at the last minute for a weekend job and they got me covered. Vehicle in excellent conditions and clean. Local company. Excellent service. I've been doing business with Target for many years and will keep it that way.

Great service. Really stopped. Car was in good condition. They were very accommodating when I needed to extend my time.

I've rented from here at least 3 times when our car was in the shop for repairs. The associates are kind, clear, and attentive. There aren't a ton of hidden fees, but you do have to buy insurance and your spouse will cost you as an extra driver. Their online system is easy to use and, like I said, the staff is super accomadating and helpful. If you are finished with the car a day early, or need it for an extra day longer, they make it super easy to do minor changes over the phone. I drive past Enterprise and Hertz to rent from here so I can say confidently I prefer them to the competition in the area.

Upon my arrival able to contact the 2 gentleman front desk Mr. Khali and Antonio they Were professional awesome attitude show me all step need to know about rent the car at Target. The team at Target Rental in Humacao, Puerto Rico was terrific! They made my experience quick and smooth. I was picked up from my destination to retrieve my rental car and returned to my destination when my adventure was complete. Service was top notch!

This was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced. The staff was so nice, the price was great, the car was super new and clean and fuel efficient and Target doesn't have outrageous toll policies like other car rentals.

First time experience, and it was fantastic. Everything was so smooth. At the return of the truck, it was downpour rain, and Paula, who speaks perfect English, called us an Uber, and to top it all, the driver Luis was exceptional. Thank you so much, guys, for an awesome experience.

I live in New York but my Dad and I have been using Target in San Juan when we visit PR since at least the 80's. We have NEVER had a problem with them and I see they have expanded their locations throughout the island. I returned the car a day early yesterday and I did not have to request a refund: they just gave it to me. They didn't have anyone to drive the shuttle to the airport so they called me an Uber! Who does that? 'Read the reviews online of many of the car rental agencies. I don't know if they are accurate but many of them are bad. I read that there are many add on charges and some agencies don't let you know until you pick up your car. I did not have that problem: their price included all charges. They would have taken my insurance but my car is older than 2018 so I had to add their insurance but it was like $10 a day. Through the reviews, I learned that MANY AGENCIES REQUIRE A DECLARATION PAGE FROM YOUR INSURANCE if you don't want to buy insurance. PLEASE CHECK THE RULES BEFORE YOU BOOK ONLINE WITH ANY AGENCY IN PR AND CONFIRM WITH THE AGENCY BEFORE YOU BOOK. I hope this saves you some time, money and a headache. PR is a very special place and you don't need to start your visit with a hassle or disappointment.

Rented a Transit Connect van to run some errands while working in the boatyard at Puerto Del Rey, Fajardo. Van was clean and everything was functional. Staff was helpful and the whole process was easy.

They were super kind, and made it easy to work with them. If you want to rent a car and stay on the smaller islands of Culebra or Vieques a few days, they’ll give you a ride to and from the ferry. It saved us money on Ubers.

As always great service, great prices easy to deal with them, highly recommended.
